Dining Around Town - Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an event that you’ve registered for, we kindly ask that you cancel on or before the deadline provided in the invitation. We understand that last-minute commitments or illness can arise unexpectedly. However, the local restaurants we work with incur costs when preparing for our visit. Many restaurants typically require credit card holds or advance payments, but we can avoid this by ensuring cancellations are made in a timely manner. 

If you do not cancel by the deadline given in the invitation, or you are a no-show, you will be charged for the full cost of the meal.
