Beaver Valley Probus Club

As the weather improves,  getting together outdoors for cocktails & nibblies seems like a great idea. This will allow us to spread out and mingle. This is a casual get-together—be prepared to bring a lawn chair (if required by the host), along with your own drinks, and an appetizer to share. Each member/couple will have the opportunity to host once per season. The Host will decide how many guests their space can accommodate (deck, garden or lawn).

You will be notified of who your host is, by email or phone. It will be up to you, as a guest, to contact the host to see if there’s any specific instructions. In the event of rain, if the host does not have a covered area they will decide whether they cancel or make a rain date.

In order to keep the gatherings casual and easy for the host, each guest is expected to bring all their own supplies and then take them home (dirty) so that there is little to no traffic in the host home.  The best thing is, as host, there will not be any mess to clean up.

HOST will need to provide:,

• A designated space for guests 
• A table to set appetizers on
• Washroom access, with paper towels and hand sanitizer 
• Hurrah no mess to clean up!
• 
  

• Your own beverage
• One appetizer to share (for 4 to 6 guests ), please bring your appetizer ready to serve 
• Glasses, plate, napkin and a bag to take your dirty dishes home
• Lawn chair
• You get the idea, if you need it  - you bring it!
