Annual Summer Picnic 

By popular demand, we are returning to the Stone Tree Golf, Fitness & Banquet Centre, just east of Owen Sound for our annual, fun filled summer picnic. We’ll be outdoors under a spacious tent that can accommodate up to 200 people. A delicious picnic lunch will be served, including wraps, sandwiches, salads, and large cookies.

In addition to great food, we’ll have games tables set up (euchre, board games, etc.) and space for lawn games like lawn darts and bean bag toss.

We’re also offering a couple of pre-picnic activity options that you can select during registration:

• Golf Contest – A Drive, Pitch and Putt contest (limited to 30 participants) Click on the Contest Details Link to see the description of the contest! 
• Inglis Falls Walk – A fairly flat, one-hour walk on a woodland trail (limited to 25 participants). Parking for the walk is at the Conservation Area and costs $11.30, but we will car pool from Stone Tree to share the cost. Map and directions will be sent in the reminder email one week ahead.

Be sure to choose your preferred option when registering, as spaces are limited!

Option 1: Pre-Picnic Golf + Picnic. $36.00  10:30 AM - 12:15 PM
Option 2: Pre-Picnic Walk + Picnic. $30.00 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Option 3: Picnic Only. $30.00 12:00 noon - 4:00 PM

Member couples should register individually if they are selecting different Options

Payment Method: Payment is online only.
If selecting the same Option, couples may register and pay together using the "Add a Spouse/Partner" option during registration. If you need any assistance with the online payment, please call us—we can even take your credit card details over the phone!

Refund Policy: As with past years, refunds will not be given.

Members Only: Due to space limitations, non-member guests are not permitted at this event. The option to "Add a Spouse/Partner" during registration is only intended for use by member couples that wish to register and pay together.
