2. Main Course Choices:

i). Chicken Marsala pan-seared chicken cutlets with mushrooms smothered in a rich, savory reduction sauce made from white wine butter, shallots and garlic served with herbed basmati rice and sauteed seasonal vegetables

ii). House made Crab cakes with pineapple, mango salsa served with Asian salad on a bed of herbed basmati rice

iii). Creamy Mushroom Risotto (vegetarian option)
