Join The Women's Probus Club of Pretty River for an exclusive screening of the new documentary about the Farmerettes, "We Lend a Hand" (www.welendahand.ca).

If you've never heard of the Farmerettes, then you'll be fascinated by how 40,000 Canadian girls contributed to the war effort during WWII. If you've heard of them, then you know how incredible and invaluable their help was.

The Women's Probus Club of Pretty River has made arrangements with the director to offer a Probus screening in Collingwood. They're extending an invitation to local clubs to purchase tickets for this event. (The event is open to all genders!)

View the poster for more details about this event. The screening will be at 2:00 PM on October 20, 2025 at the New Life Church (28 Tracey Lane, Collingwood). Doors will open at 1:30 PM. The screening will be followed by a Q&A. Tickets are $20 per person.
