Our annual Beaver Valley PROBUS Club Holiday Luncheon is being held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at the Bear Estate in Collingwood. This is our biggest event of the year,and we hope you will be able to join us at this beautiful venue overlooking the Collingwood Harbour.
The menu will be a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, served buffet style. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate in the designated section while registering. There will be a Cash Bar serving wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Payment Method: Payment is online only, but assistance is available! Member couples are asked to use the "Add a Spouse/Partner" option to register and pay together. If you need any assistance with the online payment, please contact us—we can even take your credit card details over the phone!
Refund Policy: In keeping with previous years, we regret we are unable to offer refunds. Please let the organizers know if you can no longer attend. If there is a waitlist, they will provide you with details of how the substitution process works, but there is no guarantee of a substitute.
Members Only: Members must be on the Confirmed Registration list: no walk-in's or substitutions that were not communicated to the organizer in advance. Due to space limitations, non-member guests are not permitted at this time. The option to "Add a Spouse/Partner" during registration is only intended for use by couples who are both members and wish to register and pay together.
