Registration

  • -Registration opens on February 1 when the email invitations are sent out to the Activity Group. Please respond to the email invitation in order to register.
    -Each member of a couple must respond individually to the email invitation addressed specifically to them by name and fill out their menu choices. The guest option is not being used at this time.
    -You will need to click the Next button several times and a Confirm button. You should receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation email, it means your registration was not complete and your place is not secured.

MENU CHOICES:

Note: the portions are quite large so appetizers are not included, but they are available on the menu for additional purchase. Registration/Cancellation deadline is Friday, February 10.

CHOICE #1. The Alphorn's Famous Schnitzel Sandwich: Choice of pork, chicken or eggplant, thin sliced & dipped in egg batter, breaded then fried until golden brown. Served on a garlic butter brushed baguette with mixed peppers, onion, tomato sauce and topped with melted Swiss! $18

CHOICE #2. Alphorn Burger: Our third pound ground sirloin burger topped with Swiss Gruyere and sautéed onion and mushroom on a garlic butter brushed bun. $16

CHOICE #3. Smoked Meat Sandwich: Warm smoked brisket with our Alphorn dressing, sauerkraut and Swiss gruyere cheese on lightly toasted marble rye. $21

CHOICE #4. Oktoberfest Sausage: Your choice of sausage, grilled to perfection and smothered with sauerkraut, sautéed onion and grainy mustard on our frankfurter pretzel bun. Bratwurst | Weisswurst | Knackwurst $14

CHOICE #5. Homemade Meatloaf: Our homemade meatloaf! Fresh ground, seasoned and baked then topped with our special onion sauce or Hunter sauce. $19.75

CHOICE #6 .Vegetarian Cabbage: Rolls Cabbage rolls stuffed with quinoa, onion, garlic, lentil & select herbs. Served with fresh vegetable & choice of side. $16.95
