Refund Policy

 

The following is the Refund Policy approved by the Management Committee

of the Beaver Valley Probus Club:

 

When you sign up and pre-pay for a Club event, the organizers count on your

attendance when they book buses, buy tickets, arrange meals, print material etc.

 

As soon as a financial commitment must be made on your behalf, no refund,

or only a partial refund, is possible.

 

You will be told the final date for cancellations. After that date, if you cannot attend, it will be your responsibility to dispose of your tickets.

 

To assist you, if there is a waiting list, you will be given the names on it
