Our objective is to present a program of informative
hands-on workshops combined with tours of outstanding local and
far-flung gardens with informed input, plus the opportunity of
purchasing unique plant material, also fun and camaraderie with
like-minded gardeners.
We also hope to keep our members aware of interesting gardening
events in the neighborhood. We are planning activities for
Thursdays, as much as possible, but sometime circumstances dictate
other days of the week. Busses will be arranged for trips,
depending on the interest shown, or we will car pool from the Beaver
Valley Community Centre.
Our programs are scheduled
from April until October and you can indicate your interest in
our programs on our sign-up sheets
at our annual April Party.
