Roasted Red Pepper Recipes
Sheppard peppers can be roasted until
charred, peeled, halved, seeded and frozen – in small freezer bags as is or
pureed in a blender to add bright harvest taste to sauces year-round. Sweet
sheppards are also good in salads – or added to Chinese stir-fries.
